2012 Annual End of Year Book Survey!

So, I know it's not the end of the year yet, but let's be honest, I'm probably not going to be reading that many more books this year! I've been in a bit of a slump recently but I want to get back to blogging before the year is out so I thought I'd post something fun instead of just another review...
